We have been having a crack in the basement for some time now, and every time it rains, my panic and worrying are at an all-time high. So it was time to do something about it. We called Sealed LLC not having any knowledge if this crack could really be repaired since others have not been able to in the past (3 others have tried in the past) very doubtful but we called & talked to Randy, and he came out and explained in detail what he would do, He could repair it and give us a warranty for 10 years. 10 years? and if any leaks were to happen again just give him a quick call. Well for the first time in years we didn’t have any leaks when it rained!!!! Until the crazy mini flood in July 2017, this was a very, very small leak compared to all the times in the past, but with my warranty, I quickly called Randy and he came right back out as promised, without charging us anything and taking care of the issue. I’m pretty sure we shouldn’t have any further issues again, but if we do I will be calling Sealed for all my future problems. They are very professional, prompt, and took care of a problem we’ve been having for years.
Sealed are experts at what they do. The areas of my basement that they have worked on have remained dry and I’m totally confident they will remain that way. It’s great having peace of mind that the job is done right, and will last a very long time. Randy does an OUTSTANDING job. He fixed a crack in our basement 3 years ago, and due to a manufacturing default, the crack began to leak again. He came back out, took off the old seal, and used a different type, which works great! He must have spent 20 hours down there, free of charge. He said it was all covered under his warranty. GREAT GUY. WOULD USE AGAIN.
Randy responded to my request for a bid quickly. He was able to come out and perform the work within days and easily changed the date at the last minute due to our buyer scheduling their inspection at the same time. Randy is a very nice man, clean cut and reliable. I would definitely use him again as well as recommend him to anyone I know
